Do you want to help build the future of learning in one of the fastest-growing service groups in the Nordics? We are now looking for a Learning & Development Lead who wants to take a holistic approach to learning, leadership development, and change management in a fast-growing context where technology, people, and culture are at the center. Here, you will become a key player in driving organizational development and have the opportunity to make a real impact across multiple brands, markets, and thousands of employees.

About Hemfrid & KEYTO Group

Hemfrid is Sweden's leading company in home-based services and is a central company within the KEYTO Group. The group brings together some of the strongest service companies in the Nordics within home services, with over 4,500 employees in Sweden and the UK. This includes Hemfrid, Hemfixarna, GreenThumb, Veterankraft, Servly, and Enspecta, all with the ambition to develop the service experience of the future through innovation, entrepreneurship, and high quality.

We are on an exciting growth journey where we are constantly growing both organically and through acquisitions, together with driven employees and strong entrepreneurial cultures. We are looking for you who, together with us, want to enable companies and colleagues to develop and grow in an expansive environment.

About the Role

As Learning & Development Lead, you step into a completely new role with the opportunity to further develop and drive work with learning, development, and competency building, starting from Hemfrid and expanding to the rest of the group. The role is employed within Hemfrid but has a clear group perspective, where you work cross-functionally with other companies within KEYTO Group to develop common ways of working, learning initiatives, and ensure high and uniform quality across the entire group.

The role is both strategic and operational and suits you who thrive switching between long-term direction and hands-on execution. You will work closely with various operations, markets, and business areas, with an important task of driving and developing learning initiatives that strengthen both employees and the organization over time.

In the role, you will among other things:

  • Own and further develop the group's overarching L&D strategy and learning.
  • Use AI to help us shape the future of learning and organizational development.
  • Design and quality-assure educational initiatives in digital, physical, and hybrid formats.
  • Build structures and ways of working that strengthen a learning culture across multiple brands and geographies.
  • Identify competency needs and translate business goals into concrete development initiatives.
  • Be responsible for and further develop the group's LMS platform, including adoption, improvements, and integrations.
  • Drive and support change initiatives from a learning and development perspective.
  • Develop and manage leadership and manager development programs for different target groups.
  • Be a strategic partner to HRBPs, leaders, and company managers within the group.
  • Ensure that learning initiatives are followed up, measured, and create business value.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who love working with organizational development. You combine pedagogical depth with business understanding, system understanding, structure, and execution power. You are confident working both strategically and operationally and are motivated by creating modern, effective, and scalable learning in a changing environment.

You are a skilled relationship builder who thrives in collaborations with many different stakeholders and has a natural ability to create engagement, trust, and momentum. You are curious about the world and brave enough to test new ideas, while also seeing the possibilities of technology and viewing AI and digital tools as a natural part of future learning.

We are looking for you who have:

  • At least 6 years of experience within Learning & Development, including leadership development.
  • Post-secondary education in areas such as leadership, organizational development, HR, economics, or another related field.
  • Experience with change management in medium-sized or larger organizations.
  • Good digital competence and a genuine interest in AI and technology-driven learning.
  • Fluent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is meritorious if you also have:

  • Experience working broadly with organizational development.
  • Experience working with Sana as an LMS/learning platform.
  • Experience building management or leadership academies.
  • Certification in change management, such as Prosci or ADKAR.
  • Education or certification in group development, such as IMGD or MTAM.
  • Experience from service-intensive or blue-collar-heavy operations.
